Policy Overview


At our salon, we value your time and aim to provide exceptional services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how we handle appointment cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and refunds to ensure fairness for all clients.


You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee, as your reserved slot could have been offered to another client.


If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost may be applied.


Rescheduling your appointment is free if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and may incur a fee.


For late arrivals beyond 10–15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays. In some cases, a late arrival fee may apply.


Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and offer a suitable solution such as a correction or alternative support.


Some services may require an advance payment or deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows, but may be adjusted toward a future appointment if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.


Special offers, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or partially redeemed. They must be used within the validity period.

  • Please provide your name, appointment date, and service details when submitting a request.
  • We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
